Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed back kitchen bleach surface sanitizer registering below 100ppm when tested, registering at ~10ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach surface sanitizer is at a minimum concentration of 100ppm. Operator added additional bleach to solution during inspection. Solution now at >100ppm when tested.
