All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Quats sanitizer in buckets at 200 ppm - cloths soak inside.
Spoons in ice water at </= 4C
High-temperature dishwasher reached 79C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer). Small leak in pipe - water collected in a bucket. Repair technician has already been calleed
Permit posted with valid decal
FoodSafe certified staff present

Pest-control comes weekly - many insect traps throughout the premise. No signs of pests observed
General sanitation is good
