Observation: Multiple sticky boards filled with cockroaches in kitchen by fuse box and under dishwashing sinks.
Live cockroaches observed behind kitchen handsink (3), under 2 compartment sink (2) (right side) and inside storage cabinet under front point of sale (4).
Corrective Action(s): Premise is to conduct thorough cleaning of all areas where cockroaches are active.
Pest control service is to re-apply pesticide and conduct evaluation for additional pest proofing measures.
