Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Observed worker wipe hands on hanging towel at waist as well as washing hands with the disposable gloves
Corrective Action(s):
-Do not wipe hands on towels when soiled -handwash at designated sinks

-When hands become soiled the disposable gloves must be changed to new ones EACH time

Observation: Kitchen and bar area floors are filthy with debris/sand. It does not appear the roller mop is even in use in the back washroom and mop sink blocked off
Corrective Action(s): You must be cleaning your kitchen floors NIGHTLY with your mop

Observation: Mop sink is blocked off and does not appear to be in use

-No signs of pests -back screen door in use and is flush against the door frame
NOTE: the back screen door should be self-closing and you should be monitoring for pests with mechanical traps inside (no poison)
