Prep cooler has been serviced and is now reading 4C both top and bottom. ->please forward the service report once you receive it Ice machine has been cleaned; operator knows to keep an eye on it Ladles are placed properly. Cleaning under the front service area is complete. Discussed emptying mop water after use and storing staff lunches in designated area.
