Observation: Operator has replaced the flooring in the dishpit area. However, the gap between the two entryway hasn't been sealed all the way through.

General Comments:

Walk-in Cooler was at 1 degC; prep cooler was at 3 degC; Both drinks coolers in the customer service area were below 4 degC
Upright "True" freezer was at -18 degC; upright MB freezer was at -19 degC
Temperature logs are being maintained
Pizzas are held for 2 hours in the warmer then cooled for the TGTG (Too good to Go) Program. Each of the pizzas in the hot holding unit was time stamped.
200ppm bleach solution is available in spray bottles for sanitizing. Test strips are available for testing.
Handsinks are fully equipped.
Operator has FS level 1 certification (Expiry August 1, 2028)
The issue regarding water damaged tiles/wall mentioned in the previous report has been addressed.
