-The finish on the table in the back is starting to wear off. Ensure that the table is replaced within 2 weeks with a new table that has a surface that is smooth and easy to clean.

No changes made to the menu.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
The dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 71 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
