-Follow-up inspection to June 16, 2016.
-Deli slicer was clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Staff are properly disassembling the slicer for cleaning and sanitizing.
-Provided handwashing stickers for operator to post at the cash register and handwash stations.
-Did not observe any unapproved food items on-site at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened cans - all food items were stored in food grade containers.
-Food items were properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from contamination.
-Back door was kept closed at the time of inspection. Operator is in the process of purchasing a screen door.
-Shelving units have been cleaned - a few areas still require some attention. Ensure staff maintain facility in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Cardboard has been removed from the shelving units.
-Spray bottles were properly labelled at the time of inspection.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
