Observation: Ice machine is worn, irregular surfaces, missing a lid that would prevent contamination. Bio-slime observed in various are of the ice formation apparatus.
Correction: Action required: A through cleaning and disinfection required as per the manufactures instructions. Replace or repair unit.

Observation: 1. Black organic buildup noted in the Pepsi drink dispenser nozzle head.
**Issue corrected during the inspection** - All nozzle heads noted in a sanitary condition.
2. Black buildup noted by the plastic drop plate inside the ice machine.
Date to be corrected by: End of tonight
Correction: 1. Wash, rinse and sanitize all the nozzle heads in the drink dispenser. Clean the nozzle heads as often as required as per your Sanitation Plan to prevent organic buildup.
2. Empty out the ice machine and wash, rinse and sanitize as per the manufacturer instruction. Pay attention around the plastic drop plate and corners within the ice machine.
