Observation: 1. Observed a potato cutter and a tomato cutter stored away with dried food debris.
2. Observed clean utensils (e.g., measuring cup) stored on a tray with food debris.
Operator set aside above noted food contact surfaces to be cleaned and sanitized again.
Correction: Clean and sanitize above noted food contact surfaces. Do not store away any food contact surfaces unless they are cleaned and sanitized. Do not store food contact surfaces with food debris.
Correct this by: immediately.

Follow up inspection conducted:
- Required cleaning from previous inspection has been completed
NOTE: Ensure premise is cleaned on a regular basis to maintain sanitation and discourage pest activity
- No food debris was observed on the clean utensils/tools and on the utensils tray at the time of inspection
- Opened bag of rice is being stored in a food grade container with an adequate cover
- Chest freezer in separate storage area measured at -17C.
NOTE: No other food is being stored in this room. Area is being used for office and supplies
- COVID-19 health questionnaire being conducted at the start of every shift
