Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the sanitizer buckets did not have any sanitizer in it.
Corrective Action(s): Check and refresh sanitizer buckets regularly.

Observation: 1) Spoons, tongs were stored in plain water with no ice.

2) Manager did not know when the water filters were last changed. There's no date on the filters themselves.
Corrective Action(s): 1) All utensils must be stored in clean, empty cups/containers or in an ice water bath. Once the ice melts, add more ice. Replace the utensils with clean ones every 4 hours.

2) Water filter's must be changed regularly. Get back to me on how often the filters are changed and how the frequency is tracked.
