Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. The low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Test daily. Bleach sanitizer was at 100 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
