Observation: - Hand washing sink at the time of inspection was block with bread trolley.
Correction: - Another location must be found for the bread. Blocking the sink reduces its accessibility. Hand washing is critical to food safety.
Comments

The bread trolley has been rotated away from the handwash sink to ensure access at all times
- The handle of the ice scoop has been placed in a manner inside the ice machine that ensures the handle is not touching the ice. Please monitor the level of ice inside the ice machine so that the ice does not contaminate the scoop handle at all times
- No food is observed stored in front of the washroom at the time of inspection.
- Shelves and counters in the front and back area have been thoroughly cleaned.
