Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-Thermometers available. Temperature monitoring system in place.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-200ppm QUAT available in buckets to hold wiping cloths at front and from automated dispenser at the back.
-Back storage area satisfactory. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Washroom satisfactory.
-General sanitation satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis as discussed at this time.
