Observation: Operator using Quat at >500ppm and then rinsing with water afterwards
Correction: Dilute according to manufacturer's spec and as demonstrated during inspection. 2-4ml in 1 L water. 200ppm needed without rinsing. Let air dry. Do immediately. Date to be corrected by: April 1 2022

Quat sanitizer at 200ppm, in spray bottle, more in buckets.
Main prep surface is clean and operator using quat sanitizer after preparing foods, thank you.
Floors no longer greasy and sticky, thank you.

Violations have been addressed, no further follow up required.
No signature required due to Covid19 precautions.
