Correction: Empty the ice machine, clean and sanitize. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JAHN-C5APWM of Jul-26-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: The handsink in the front (beside the ice machine) is not maintained with liquid soap and paper towels. Hot water available. Correction: Ensure that the handsink is always equipped with liquid soap & paper towels for washing hands properly.

General sanitation has improved. Ice machine has been cleaned. Handsinks are maintained with liquid soap & paper towels. Foods are stored in a sanitary manner (in the small freezer). Small fridges area able to maintain 4C.
