General Observations: Walk-in Cooler temperature was 3 degC; Upright cooler temperature was 4 degC Walk-in freezer temperature was -18 degC Hand sink was fully equipped 200ppm quats was available for use Temperature logs were being maintained Foods were not being hot held at the time of the inspection Dishwasher rinse was 75 degC at the plate level Abell pest control was on contract. No issues noted.
