304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Observed rodent droppings (minor) behind oven, but difficult to access elsewhere in premises due to general lack of cleanliness.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have PCO trap and remove. Sanitation must improve to help with rodent control as per Integrated Pest Control techniques.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Many areas of the premises floor, walls, and shelves have food debris accumulating and in general the premises is not maintaining sanitation practices as per the sanitation plan.
Corrective Action(s): A thorough cleaning is needed in the following areas:
- floor everywhere (difficult to do with existing floor);
- Walk-in cooler and freezer floor;
- Microwave and shevling unit around microwave;
- Dry food storage shelves and bins;
- Floor and area surrounding office:
**Back part of premises a mess.

Observation: A) Ceiling tiles dirty or falling apart or severly yellowed. Fixture covers missing.
B) Floor stained, pitted, and poorly sealed - Significant grease and grime noted through floor of food prep area. This is contributing in a significant manner to the cleaning and sanitary maintenance throughout facility.
C) Walls damaged and/or rotting in several areas of premises.
Corrective Action(s): These are outstanding items from previous inspection and require a renovation plan as discussed. Submit a renovation plan to this office within 30 days as discussed. Failure to submit a renovation plan may result in further action by this office.
