Follow up inspection to assess compliance with corrective actions required to manage mice infestation.
A licensed pest control company has been retained for rodent monitoring and control. Mice traps seen in the kitchen. Good.

However, a few dropping were observed behind the deep freezer at the time of inspection. Clean floor to remove all droppings.

However, no efforts have been made to deal with structural and maintenance related issues that may lead to harboring and breeding of pests.

1.Repair or replace any broken drywall in the kitchen and storage areas to ensure all surfaces are smooth, crack free and easy to clean. (Feb. 28, 2018
2. Do not use clean dish table near the dishwasher to store pans containing raw poultry or meat items as these items can contaminate clean dishes. A separate prep table is required in the kitchen.
3. Continue sealing all surfaces and drywall edges in the beer walk-in cooler.
4. Ensure to organize and clean the basement storage areas. Pest control traps must be placed in the basement as well.
5. Continue to address other issues identified in the previous routine inspection report (E.g. sealing/plugging all holes in the drywall/replacing drywall etc.) (Feb. 28, 2018)
