Pizza sauce being kept in cooler as per previous request
Ensure to keep pizza sauce in cooler once it is opened from the new packages. The sauce must be kept at <4 degrees C until Panago corporate head office can provide documentation indicating that the pizza sauce is safe to be out at room temperature for 24 hours as your standard operating procedures mentions.
Thank you.
