Observation: No hot water at the kitchen handwash station. Operator informed that the knob was leaking/non functional and had it removed, which resulted in no hot water. Hot water available at three compartment sink and staff washroom in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Please have the hot water restored in handwash station asap.
