Sanitizer auto feed Quats at 200 ppm - spray bottles almost empty. make sure they are monitored and filled on regular basis. Recommend use of sanibucket for cloth storage in front prep area, as opposed to leaving cloths on prep counter for use. Discussed.

Temp logs maintained.

Dishwasher at 72 C at plate.

General cleanliness and organization is good at time of inspection.
