Observation: 1. Staff jackets observed touching open pop syrup bib lines, and staff food observed stored in walk-in cooler above restaurant food.
2. The handle of a scoop stored inside rice container touching the rice.
3. Soiled, damp cloth stored out of sanitizer in front area being used to wipe counter top.
4. Large blue bucket of sanitizer stored directly on the floor near the grill.
Corrective Action(s): To protect food from cross contamination:
1. Store all staff items separate from food and food contact surfaces. Staff meals should be stored below customer food or in a designated bin labeled "staff food".
2. Ensure the handle of scoops do not contact food.
3. Ensure all damp clothes are submerged in sanitizer at all times to prevent the growth of bacteria.
4. Ensure sanitizer solution is stored off the floor.
