Routine inspection:

All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle had 100 ppm chlorine.
No potentially hazardous foods held at room temperature at the time of the inspection (1:30pm). Ensure that sausage rolls are kept either refrigerated or time tracked and discarded after two hours. They are prepared at 9am daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
