Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): *REPEAT* Concentration of QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle < 200ppm.
**Corrected during inspection** As per approved sanitation plan, operator to fill sanitizer compartment of 3 compartment sink and manually add concentrated sanitizer and test with test strips to ensure sanitizer is at 200-400ppm. Solution is to be changed at least daily.

All equipment is to be washed and sanitized to ensure it is clean.

Temperatures:
2 door pepsi display cooler: 2.8°C
Preparation cooler: 2.4°C
Hot holding unit: 61.8°C
Walk-in cooler: 2.2°C
Walk-in freezer: -17.2°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Sanitizer (QUATS) measured 200ppm by end of inspection
3 compartment sink availalbe for manual warewashing. Drain plugs available

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection
