Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) One insert of sour and hot soup was measured at 12C. 2) One insert of fried chicken balls was measured at 14-15C. Lunch rush had ended (3pm at time of inspection). 3) An insert of cooked fried pork was left on prep table outside of walk-in cooler and measured at 8C.
Corrective Action(s): All noted items from 1) and 2) discarded. Directed owner to relocate the fried pork into walk-in cooler. Remember that lunch rush was established with owner to be 11am to 2pm. Food unused at this time frame cannot be left at room temperature, they must be discarded after lunch rush.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A couple of wiping towels were left on the counter. One bucket of bleach sanitizer detected 0ppm chlorine and the other bucket in the front detected >200ppm. Only 1 test strip left and the container appears to be very old as the colours have faded.
Corrective Action(s): Staff remixed the proper 100ppm bleach sanitizer. Please order more test strips within expiry date and have staffs use it daily.

Observation: Domestic cooler in the dry storage room has food debris on the shelving units. Small pool of water under stove to the wall. Dust on ceiling above cooking area has accumulated and needs cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize the noted areas.
