Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted in regards to the violations observed on March 7, 2019:
The ice machine was not fully cleaned. The internal components (white parts) that make the ice itself require additional cleaning and sanitizing to remove the mold. Will be completed today.
Bleach in kitchen was mixed with detergent. Bleach must be mixed only with water to be used as a sanitizer. Please ensure the correct concentration is used: 1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water. Too much bleach may cause chemical contamination. Discussed with staff and management.
Microwave was replaced with a new one.
Staff are aware of proper hot-holding procedures
Cleaning has begun in the basement
