Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back kitchen handwashing sinks lack liquid soap. Front handwashing sink observed to not dispense hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Temporary use back handwashing sink for hand hygiene until front handwashing sink hot water faucet is serviced.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop observed to be inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Remove ice scoop from inside the ice machine. Ensure ice scoop is stored in a container not in direct contact with ice.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed rodent droppings underneath stainless steel worktables and shelving racks in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Hard to reach areas must be cleaned and sanitized daily.

Observation: Exhaust hood vent above the gas stove observed to have built-up of grease.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Exhaust hood vent must be cleaned and sanitized weekly to prevent grease build-up. Corrected by: March 15, 2023.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwashing sink observed to not be dispensing hot water. Hot water faucet is turned off.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No staff on-site observed to have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification. Several staff informed that they took FOODSAFE Level 1 approxiamately 5-7 years ago. Staff unable to present valid FOODSAFE Level 1.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification able to present to inspector upon validation. Ensure all staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 has certification readily available for validation.

Hot-holding rice cookers measured at 60C or higher.
Pest Control Company contracted monthly.
