Corrective Action(s): Front reception: Pull all items away from walls - chairs, equipment, etc. and clean the floors. Bar - all items are to be removed from the floors -clean and organize facility. (removing all unused items)
Kitchen/dry storage room - pull all items away from walls and lift all items off of floors. (clean behind/under dishwasher, sinks, behind/around furnaces.) Remove all unused items form ontop of walk in coolers - clean area.
Exterior of building: Remove all unused items/unwanted items from storage room, behind/under garbage bins, around grease bin/cooling unit storage cage.)

Comments

Reinspection based on previous inspection report dated August 23, 2021.

- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food contact surfaces are stored in covered, food grade containers.
- Warewashing: Improved. All surfaces/implements must be washed and sanitized after use. Rotation of items discussed.
- Pest Control: Certified Pest Control company is required to provide rodent control services. Pest control reports are to be kept on site for review. Action plans and recommendations are required to be provided on the service reports. asap.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. Rear storage: Remove all unwanted items from rear of building asap. (ie storage room, around/under garbage bins, air conditioner and grease bins)
- Structurally: To prevent pests from entering the food premises.Follow these points:
- Keep doors and windows closed or install screens
- Seal or patch any holes or potential entry points on the exterior of the building
- Install weather-stripping underneath exterior doors
Seal all rodent access holes in the walls and ceilings. (ie: dry storage room)
Improvements are still required. To be completed prior to next inspection scheduled on Sept. 7, 2021.
