Observation: Large bags of dry ingredients (flour) and boxes of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins) stored on shelves open. End of day staff roll up some of the bags.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all opened bags of ingredients are placed in pest proof containers / secure to protect from contamination and pests.
Review current practices and propose a solution to this risk.

Observation: Small BBQ stored on lower shelf in back of store - covered in flour
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is stored in a sanitary manner. If this unit is not required for regular use then it should be removed from facility. If it required onsite for special events then it still must be clean and covered to protect it from further contamination and allow for easy cleaning.
