Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks. Do not store utensils in back handsink.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 degrees Celsius at the plate surface.
Ensure to patch any holes in ceiling tiles or around plumbing pipes to prevent entrance of pests.
Ensure that temperatures are being monitored and recorded.
