- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm at the plate level after final rinse.
- Glasswasher achieved minimum chlorine level of 50ppm after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory. All food stored in pest proof containers.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
