General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest. Temperature of refrigeration is satisfactory. Food probe thermometer is accurate. Temperature log is maintained. 200ppm quats is available in the spray bottle. Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units are satisfactory. Handwashing station is satisfactory.
