Corrective Action(s): Bleach water must be @ 100ppm Cl. Dump and refill the bleach water at least every 2 days. Get a pH test strips to test the sanitizer. Given 3 days to find the test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel was available in the staff washroom and at the handsink in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to use paper towel to dry hands after handwashing. Stock paper towel at all times at the the designated handsinks.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all staff belongings and clutters from the dry storage room. Given today to correct.
2. Contact the professional cleaning company to clean the ventilation hood canopy. Given 1 week.
