No evidence of pests Note: some new equipment has been added to replace smaller/ aging equipment. OK Gulab Jamun food safety plan submitted back in Dec was not in full compliance with the regulations. A request for edits was sent Dec 13, with no response. Have the edits completed by Friday February 23. Some ingredient scoops found left inside product bins. Always store scoops out of product in clean containers or protected on hooks.
