A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to the routine inspection #JKIM-BNVUHH dated April 21, 2020 was conducted. Areas of noncompliance were reviewed for compliance.

All previously coded items of noncompliance have been satisfactorily addressed; no further action required. Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic this report was reviewed with the Manager at the time of the inspection. This report was written off site (time spent .17 hours) and a copy was sent to the Manager.
