Observation: Observed trays of baked goods in the back kitchen without any coverage. The facility was cooling down the baked products.
Corrective Action(s): Provide coverage for baked goods in the back kitchen to prevent contamination from pest. Correct this by: immediately.

Observation: Observed low to moderate amount of house flies and fruit flies throughout the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Increase the frequency of pest service visit from monthly to bi-weekly. Improve overall sanitation. Improve overall fly issues. Correct this by: immediately.

Observation: Observed syrup and standing water near the ice-cap machine. Observed splashed syrup residues on the wall next to the ice-cap machine. Coffe ground and other food debris under the hand sink basin by the cashier.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the entire facility on a regular basis as items identified in the observation section most likely contributing to the pest issues. Areas noted in the observation section to be cleaned and sanitized immediately.
