-Follow-up inspection to June 30, 2016. -Upright glass door cooler foods were probed at 4C. Operator is still looking to replace the cooler unit. Ensure replacement unit is functioning at 4C or less prior to using. -Single door prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 2C (bottom). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
