Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer solution. No chlorine residual tested. Operator re-sanitized equipment in the 3 compartment sink during the inspection.

Observation: (1) Drive through milk dispenser cooler measured at 10C-12C.
(2) Low temperature dishwasher had no detectable chlorine in the sanitizing cycle. Operator stated Ecolab has been contacted and a technican will be dispatched in the next couple days.
Corrective Action(s): (1) Adjust/repair milk dispenser cooler. Do not use this unit until it can maintain a temperature of 4C or colder.
(2) Repair dishwasher. In the meantime, manually sanitize all dishware, utensils, and equipment in the 3 compartment sink using the QUATS sanitizer solution.

Hair restraints and clean aprons worn by staff.
FOODSAFE certified staff on duty.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No pests noted during inspection.

NOTES:
1. Ensure drive through milk dispenser cooler are included in the daily temperature checks.
2. Ensure wiping cloths are fully submerged in the sanitizer solution buckets.
