Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine had brown residue on the inside wall.
Correction: Discard ice and clean and sanitize the inside of ice machine as per manufacturer's instructions.
Correction date: End of today.

Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BAFVN8:

Code 301: Ice machine appeared cleaned. Staff mentioned that ice were removed and cleaned with sanitizer (bleach).

Code 304: Rodent droppings were removed in the areas noted.

Code 311: Broken tile near the chest freezer was repaired. Over email conversation, operator noted that the broken tiles on the floor will be repaired once they get a quote from insurance company. Operator to follow-up via email provided of the date of repair.

Code 502: It was mentioned that three more staff will complete the Foodsafe Course within the next month:
Huyn Sun Woo, Kyusik Jeong, Hyon Joong Kim.

**Food Safe Refresher certificate for operator was provided at time of inspection (Sung Ho Won).
