Routine inspection

Hand washing stations in kitchen and "speciality room" supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single use paper towels.
Sanitizer chlorine solution 100 ppm available. Sanitizer buckets are to be available during busy operational hours and the solution is to be refresh frequently. Ensure to keep the wiping cloths in the solution.
No Obvious sign of pest activity observed at this date. Working UV lighting available in the cooking area. Dry storage is clean and food stored above the floor.
Upright cooler is at 4C or colder. Chest freezers are at -18C or colder. Upright freezer is at -18C or colder. Temperature monitoring is to be conducted twice daily for cooling units. Temperature logs are to be Kept updated and on-site.
Ensure the ice well is clean and sanitized properly.
Food in speciality room stored above the floor. Ensure to provide sanitizers in this room.
Unneeded items are to be removed from the kitchen. Ensure to follow proper cleaning and sanitizing procedure for all food contact surfaces.
