- Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Premises has a 2 compartment sink beside a prep sink (previously approved). Bleach water in one of the 2 compartments at 100 ppm chlorine residual.
- All coolers at 4 deg C or less.
- Miso soup in slow cooker crock pot at: 67.7.0 deg C.
- Rice at 72.0 deg. C.
- Sushi rice - meet requirements (with vinegar).
- No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Note: Back door has a screen door.
- Storage - off the floor;organized; & food is covered.
- Fan hood - satisfactory.
- Ice-maker - sanitary; ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection (outside).
- Surface sanitizer in spray bottle was at 100 ppm chlorine residual; ensure, that the surface sanitizer is labeled.
