No more mouldy onions/potatoes in the back.
->please repair the lock to secure food storage outside
No food being cooled at time of inspection.
Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle and container at 100ppm, clothes submerged in.
->recommend adding another bleach sanitizer container in cooking area so it is more accessible
Meat slicer maintained.
Mice droppings identified from previous inspection have been removed.
Food debris under cooking line (floor to wall), under prep tables and inside prep coolers have been completed. No water pooling in kitchen either.
->shelf by prep cooler missed, please clean this area as well
Dust removed from ceiling, lights replaced.
->Paper towel dispenser at bar sink needs to be secured.
Cleaning of the bar counters also completed (under glasses).
Chair has been relocated in staff washroom so handsink is accessible.
