Met with owner He was scheduled for FS class but not attended ( he will registered for new FS class ) - follow up with your district inspector Daily logs to be up to date ( copy will be mailed to you for future reference ) New display cooler, new pizza holding unit, new freezer/cooler at the back - Thank you for all improvements that you did Just remove the fly strips from the food prep area ( it can be located in the dry storage area or by the receiving door )
