Plumbing rough-ins noted behind counter equipment; indicating that a dishwashing sink has been previously installed and subsequently removed.
Operator is required to re-install proper dishwashing sink; at least two compartments.

Note that employee was asked about dishwashing and washing and sanitizing steps are carried out.
