Note: this room is used for special events (weddings, etc) where the hot holding/chafing dishes are used/buffet is served. At time of inspection, buffet was not being served and there were not hot holding units being used. Follow up inspection will need to be scheduled prior to setup for a special event to verify that all hot holding units are capable of reaching > 60 degrees C.
Only beverage service out of this room when there is no special event being held.
Drink service area kept in sanitary condition.
No coolers in this room except for a locked wine cooler
