The back storage area has been re-organized, food contact surfaces are easy to wash. Huge improvements. Thank you for your time and effort. Daily temperature logs - posted Wiping clothes stored in approved sanitizer. Hand delivered the " reminder card" that Food Safe certification is expiring in July, 2018. We will follow up on this during our September, routine inspection.
