Routine inspection - Hand washing station is provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Coolers with inserts are at or below 4C - Walk-in cooler is at or below 4C - Walk-in freezer is at or below -18C - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm concentration - Three-compartment sink maintained. Dish racks are well maintained and clean. - General sanitation is excellent. Floors are clean and free from food debris and dust. Cutting boards are clean and in good working condition. - Staff hand washing were observed. No obvious sign of pest at this date. A copy of the report left with the operator.
