Fees letter delivered. Paid by cheque $150 (#1489). Thank you. Bleach buckets in use. Great! Make sure to reduce bleach component to show 100 to 200 ppm (violet not black colour to strips). Water bowl for rice spoon lubrication. Make sure to change both spoon and bowl (with water) MAX. every two hours. **Recommend use of ice to keep water cold and as a reminder too - If ice disappears add more ice to keep water below 4C and avoid pathogen growth. Cooling units ok. New hot water tank. Hot holding unit above 60 C. New. Things look good.
