302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Auto feed system at sinks not dispensing sanitizer (quats). It seems orange cleaner coming out of both settings. Also, one of the sinks covered off at double sink system. Corrective Action(s): Have Ecolab check out and make sure the Quats dispenser is actually dispening proper chemicals. This should be verified on regular basis with test strips. As interim method have sanitizer brought daily from main kitchen for use. May need to shuttle twice for sani-buckets. Spray bottles may be more practical. Remove lid from double sink system.
